Neil Lythgoe of Royal Norwich picked up the £766 first prize for his four under par round of 66 in the Hendon pro-am.
He was out in 31, four under at the turn, and was level par on the back nine with two birdies and two bogeys.
Lythgoe finished four shots ahead of second-placed Craig Sutherland of Cherry Lodge Golf Club who picked up a cheque for £600.
Antonio Sobrinho, a leading Portuguese professional, was invited to take part and finished down the leader board with five over par 75.
There were 41 teams in glorious weather. Davin Knudsen from Australia guided home the winning team at 13 under par. This was three shots better than Sutherland and his amateurs.
