Hallamshire Golf Club


Nestled between the city of Sheffield and the Peak District National Park,
the Harry Colt-designed Hallamshire course is a classic 18-hole heathland layout blessed with spectacular views.

The club has been home and host to many famous golfing names,
John Jacobs and Pete Cowen both started their careers as assistant professionals at the Hallamshire, and Alison Nicholas (1997 U.S. Open champion and 2011 winning Solheim Cup captain) and Matt Fitzpatrick (four-time European Tour winner and member of 2016 European Ryder Cup team) are both honorary members of the club.

The club are now looking for an ambitious training applicant or registered assistant to join us as we embark on a re-structuring of our professional service operation.

The successful candidate will have a passion for both golf and excellent customer service and be driven to pursue a career as a PGA Professional.

This role which provides excellent training and development opportunities along with a competitive remuneration package will provide an excellent foundation to the pursuit of these career goals.
