Grow your knowledge and skills by exploring a wide range of learning and CPD content at your fingertips through the new PGA Learn app.

PGA Members can now download the app which allows you to access CPD content straight to your mobile device.

Whether you would like to learn leadership skills, increase your coaching knowledge or run successful golf operations, PGA Learn has over 1,000 pieces of content that have been either produced or carefully selected by The PGA.

Available to download via Google Play and the Apple Store, the app allows Members to login and complete CPD at their own convenience on mobile or tablet.  

Features include the ability to download and save content for offline viewing, allowing you to truly learn when it’s best for you. You can also receive notification to your mobile or tablet when a new piece of learning content becomes available.

Other features:

• Search for and sign up for the latest face-to-face and online courses, qualifications and events on offer.
• Quickly and conveniently add CPD activity to your CPD record and gain CPD Accredited status for the year.

As well as launching a new app, improvements have also been made to the desktop version of the PGA Learn portal.

In addition to a fresh look, dashboard tiles have been reorganised based on user activity, with the most popular tiles appearing at the top.

A new ‘Featured Content’ tile allows Members to view the latest and most topical content, while the introduction of a PGA Live tile puts all podcasts and webinars in one place.

Brand new learning content has also been added, covering more topics across the PGA expertise framework in greater depth than ever before in a variety of different content types.

PGA Learn - The story so far

Launched in December 2020, the Association’s new CPD platform allows PGA Members to consume a variety of learning content, from e-learning courses to podcasts and webinars.

Content has also been carefully selected and curated from high-quality third-party sources – such as YouTube videos, journals and blogs, while all of the content aligns with The PGA’s Core Value Blocks, making it relevant to you and your role in the golf industry.

PGA Learn facts:

• 3,000 Members have accessed PGA Learn.
• 57,000 content views.
• Over 1,100 CPD journals have been submitted via My CPD.
• Awarded and sent over 1,300 CPD Accredited status certificates to Members around the world.
• Over 16,000 entries have been added to CPD journals.

How to download the PGA Learn app

1. Search PGA Learn in the Google Play or Apple iOS Store on your mobile or tablet device.
2. In the list of apps, locate the PGA Learn app, published by CM Group Ltd. If the app is not visible in Google Play, tap on the MORE button to view more app matching the search criteria.
3. Install the app on your device. For Android users, on the App needs access to screen, tap ACCEPT, the app will begin to download and install. For iOS users, you may be prompted to type in your Apple ID password, tap OK, the app will begin to download and install.
4. Once installed, tap OPEN, and then log in with your username and password. These are the same details used to access the PGA Members’ Area.
