  2. The information provided on this Website is not in any way an invitation or recommendation to buy any products or services featured and you should seek appropriate independent advice.
    1. The PGA will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to this Website, but access to this Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
    2. The PGA reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this Website from time to time. 
    3. The PGA assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which this Website have links.

  5. Exclusion of liability for suppliers' goods and services

Any goods or services which are not stated to be provided by the PGA are provided by third parties over whom the PGA does not have control and you should satisfy yourself that you wish to purchase those goods or services before contracting with the supplier.     1. On registering with this Website, you may be issued with a user name and password which must be used in order to access certain restricted parts of this Website. The user name and password are personal to you and are not transferable.

      1. any third party with whom the PGA contract for content or advertising; and

The PGA will collect and use information supplied by you and other users of this Website to improve this Website and personalise your experience with your visit to this Website.
