Role Description: As a self-employed golf coach, you will be responsible for delivering personalised coaching sessions tailored to the needs and abilities of individual players. Whether working with beginners eager to learn the basics or seasoned golfers aiming to fine-tune their technique, you will inspire, motivate, and guide clients towards improvement and success on the course.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, group lessons, and clinics
• Assess players' strengths, weaknesses, and goals to develop customized training plans
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to help players improve their skills and performance
• Demonstrate proper techniques and strategies through effective instruction and demonstration
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to growth and development
• Stay updated on the latest trends, methodologies, and technologies in golf coaching
• Have basic social media skills

Qualifications:

• PGA Professional preferred/ Year 3 trainee
• Proven experience as a golf coach or player at a competitive level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and helping others succeed
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organised
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and weekdays
