PGA Trainee (Year 1/2/3)/ PGA Professional

We have an extremely exciting opportunity to join our Professional Team at Ashridge Golf Club. Ashridge has long been associated with warm hospitality and the very best in golfing traditions, and features in the top 100 golf courses in the UK. We are adding 2 state of the art swing studios to our facilities next year and the successful candidate will be able to benefit from these enhancements for their own development. The facility will be top of the range, allowing for an unrivalled indoor, outdoor and coaching and fitting experience. You will join our Head Professional, Stuart Hall, and his team, in offering exceptional levels of service to all members and visitors. This role is open to anyone who is a qualified PGA Professional, Assistant PGA Professional or looking to start their PGA qualification in 2024.

This is a great opportunity to join a strong team, with the potential to learn from the very best in their respective fields. This includes training in coaching, custom fitting, customer service, and development of your own game with the use of launch monitors. You will also receive assistance in completing their PGA training to the highest possible standard if required.

The candidate will be required to welcome visitors to the club, assist in our retail shop and provide customer service to members regarding handicaps, competitions and bookings using Intelligent Golf software. They will also work to provide custom fitting to customers and coaching opportunities to both members and visitors.
