Golf & Retail Manager

The Leatherhead Club, recently under new ownership is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who can blend a passion for golf with strong retail management skills. As the Golf and Retail Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Pro Shop and new Trackman Golf Range.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Pro Shop and Golf Range teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee stock management, ensuring a well-stocked and appealing retail environment.
• Assist the committee and members with handicap and rules queries.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Coordinate golf range activities and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for members and guests.
• Collaborate with golf professionals to organise events and promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in golf retail and management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for golf and a good understanding of golf club operations, including the rules of golf.
• Retail sales and stock management experience.
