The Role:
Working closely with our Education Admissions function to promote our range of education throughout the UK and Overseas to help attract new foundation degree and other students, acting as a first response to ensure a quality service provision from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment, specific duties include:

  • Sales lead for all enquiries/responses following marketing campaigns, managing the student pipeline from initial enquiry through to application;
  • Acting as first response team member and providing follow-up contact, working alongside the Education Admissions Administrator, assisting with the admissions process during peak periods to ensure the highest standards of service;
  • Creating an extensive network with learning providers, attending careers workshops, trade shows and similar events;
  • Liaison with marketing and student recruitment teams at partnering Universities to promote existing programmes;
    Working with in-house teams to create engaging marketing material and campaigns;
  • Briefing agreed PGA employees and working with in-house teams to ensure opportunities to promote our education and qualifications are fully maximised;
  • Monitoring activity and processes, data analysis and ensuring quality and compliance standards.

Role Requirements: Education/Qualifications/Key Competences/Personal Profile Includes:

  • Proven experience with student recruitment, in a Membership sales role within Golf, or within a similar sales role
  • An excellent understanding of business disciplines and proven record of exceeding business targets
  • Experience of carrying out business research, analysing trends and translating data into planning and delivery of a sales strategy, being familiar with CRM/database systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with highly development communication, external stakeholder liaison and networking skills
  • A confident and natural presenter with strong attention to detail
  • Some understanding of the Higher Education system is desired and golf knowledge is an advantage
