PGA Chief Executive Robert Maxfield to speak at conference

PGA Chief Executive Robert Maxfield is one of a number of key people from within the golf industry who will be speaking at this year's conference.

The conference, which runs from March 2-4, is presented by the UK Golf Federation and OGRO – the Organisation of Golf & Range Operators. This year it will focus on the topic of ‘Searching for golf’s new normal’ and will include 45-minute presentations on all sectors of golf, with a Q&A session to conclude.

On all three days, there will be key golf industry presentations from speakers who have been invited to inform delegates about modern tools and tactics that can be used for business in today’s world.

Maxfield will speak about the aims and objectives of The PGA, including the recent and most significant structural change in the Association’s history.

Other guest speakers include Keith Pelley, CEO European Tour, who will be presenting on 'Industry Vision', Phil Anderton – R&A Chief Development Officer, Craig Tracey MP – Chairman All-Party Parliamentary Group for Golf (APPGG), and PGA Members Fame Tate, owner of Stanedge Golf Club.
