Training Applicant / PGA Trainee / PGA Assistant
We are seeking an enthusiastic PGA Assistant Professional to join our team. You will be an integral part of the Pro Shop team, providing exceptional customer service, retail support, and helping to deliver quality golf coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service to members and visitors in the Pro Shop.
- Assisting in day-to-day shop operations, including retail merchandising and sales.
- Providing golf coaching sessions under the guidance of our professional team.
- Supporting club events and assisting with golf operations as required.
- Taking part in ongoing training and development to advance your career as a PGA Professional.
Requirements:
- PGA qualified, Registered PGA Trainee or a suitable applicant for the PGA training programme
- A passion for golf, with a strong knowledge of the game.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and a positive, proactive approach.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
