Job Advert for a Trainee / PGA Assistant Professional at Hartley Wintney Golf Club
This position is available from 6th January 2025 and offers excellent earning potential and a flexible shift system working in the Pro Shop which allows plenty of time to teach and play.
I am looking for a self-motivated, customer service driven individual who has a passion for teaching and work as part of a team. The successful applicant will be given the chance to further their career and to expand their teaching hub while at a very active and friendly private members golf club.
Position involves.
- Half day shop shifts to allow teaching and playing before or after shop hours
- A split use of the indoor GC2 teaching studio and outside practice facilities to teach
- Excellent customer service and the ability to engage with members and visitors at the club
- To teach the academy members at the club where their membership includes lessons
- Teaching juniors, members and visitors
- Assisting with shop repairs, orders, cleanliness and managing the day to day running of the business
- Writing weekly newsletter content to members
