Sweetwoods Golf Club is a stunning 18-hole Parkland Golf Course with a state-of-the-art TopTracer range, located in the beautiful Sussex countryside. Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our professional team, you will be involved in a variety of exciting tasks, including:
- Assisting with the provision of top-tier professional services to members, their guests, and visitors.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members, guests, and visitors.
- Managing daily retail duties, ensuring maximum sales and revenue through efficient merchandising in our busy pro shop.
- Overseeing tee time administration and bookings.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable member experiences.
- Assisting with custom club fitting for members and guests using our cutting-edge QC Quad technology.
- Leading Ladies' and Junior Coaching Academies to inspire the next generation of golfers.
- Providing administrative support for club competitions.
- Enjoying playing opportunities and being involved in the broader golf community at Sweetwoods Golf Club.
Qualifications:
- Aiming to be PGA Trainee Programme or an equivalent professional development path.
- Previous retail experience, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with members, guests, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for golf and a desire to work within the industry.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
