Choosing the right candidate

Selecting the right PGA Professional is one of the most important appointments a golf facility will make.

That is why we also now offer a FREE service to guide you through the recruitment process.

What we can do:

  • Operating model review – many clubs have used the same one for years but is it right for what you want to achieve? This includes appropriate costs and remuneration.
  • Skills and competencies, you require from your professional – matching the roles and responsibilities for what you want from your operating model. Based on this we can then assist with the development of your advert.
  • Access to the talent pool –we have the communication channels to speak to our 8,000 Members and we can help match the best individual for the role.
  • Service Level Agreement / Contract – Be clear on expectations, goals and rewards. An agreement which is mutually beneficial to delivering a profitable solution for both parties.
  • Ongoing support – A named contact who is only ever at the end of a phone or an email.

To take advantage of this service please call +44(0) 1675 470 333 and we'll put you in touch with one of our Business Relationship Officers who will support you.
