What is the St. James's Place National Pro-Am?

What is the St. James's Place National Pro-Am?

The St. James’s Place National Pro-Am Championship will provide the opportunity for PGA Professionals and amateurs to win of the UK's most popular pro-am events. Thousands of golfers from across the UK and Ireland are expected to compete.

Open to both male and female amateurs aged 18 or over, the event pairs PGA Professionals with an amateur from their club to embark on a unique golfing journey.

Seven Regional Finals based at venues across the UK and Ireland will determine a 12-team field who will battle it out to be crowned St. James’s Place National Pro-Am champions at the stunning Antalya Golf Club in Turkey.

PGA Professionals compete for a slice of the £41,000 prize fund, with the overall winner taking home £10,000!

Amateurs who win their club's qualifying round will be able to partner their PGA Professional at one of seven spectacular Regional Finals - if successful there, the next stage is a trip to Turkey for the Grand Final.

The St. James's Place National Pro-Am Grand Final will be returning to the prestigious PGA National Turkey at Antalya Golf Club. The five-star venue in Belek will welcome 12 pro-am pairs to compete over the PGA Sultan course. 

PGA National Turkey, Antalya Golf Club’s outstanding facilities include two 18-hole golf courses – the PGA Sultan and the Pasha – as well as two hotels, the 176-room luxury five-star Kempinski Hotel The Dome and the five-star, 442-room, Sirene Belek Hotel – which has undergone a €2m room refurbishment programme. Complementing the layouts are excellent practice facilities including driving range and academy, while the resort recently joined a select group of courses to receive the official endorsement of The Professional Golfers’ Association, being renamed as PGA National Turkey.
