Available Qualifications

There are a total of four different ASQ Level 5 Golf Club Management Qualifications available. These include:

ASQ Level 5 Diploma in Golf Club Management
ASQ Level 5 Certificate in Golf Operations and Management of People
ASQ Level 5 Certificate in Management of Finance, Legislation and Marketing in Golf
ASQ Level 5 Certificate in Enterprise, Innovation and Management of Change in Golf

The three Certificates include two, three or four units, for people looking to specialise in a particular area of golf club management. If all three Certificates are successfully completed, you will be awarded the Diploma in Golf Club Management. Further details of the units within each qualification can be found below.

DIPLOMA IN GOLF CLUB MANAGEMENT

The Diploma is the most comprehensive qualification, including the following units:

Leading and Managing People in a Golf Club
Developing and Managing a Socially Responsible Golf Club
Managing Change in a Golf Club
Managing Innovation and Growth in a Golf Club
Managing the Finances of a Golf Club
Marketing of a Golf Club
Keeping up to date with Legislation of a Golf Club
Managing the Operations of a Golf Club

CERTIFICATE IN GOLF OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT OF PEOPLE

The ASQ Level 5 Certificate in Golf Operations and Management of People is a vocationally-related qualification that provides learners with an opportunity to study and be assessed in both the practical (where this can be applied) and theoretical aspects of golf club management within the golf industry.

The qualification will develop learner’s skills and knowledge in the role of a Golf Club Manager. Specifically the qualification aims to develop competency in:

Managing Golf Operations
Leading and Managing People

CERTIFICATE IN MANAGEMENT OF FINANCE, LEGISLATION AND MARKETING IN GOLF

The ASQ Level 5 Certificate in Finance, Legislation and Marketing in Golf is a vocationally-related qualification that provides learners with an opportunity to study and be assessed in both the practical (where this can be applied) and theoretical aspects of golf club management within the golf industry.

The qualification will develop learner’s skills and knowledge in the role of a Golf Club Manager. Specifically the qualification aims to develop competency in:

The ASQ Level 5 Certificate in Enterprise, Innovation and Management of Change in Golf is a vocationally-related qualification that provides learners with an opportunity to study and be assessed in both the practical (where this can be applied) and theoretical aspects of golf club management within the golf industry.
