Position Overview:

We are looking for a Retail Manager & Custom Fitting Specialist who will play a pivotal role in managing our in store retail operations and delivering exceptional custom fitting services to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing one of our retail stores in Dubai, ensuring it operates efficiently, and providing personalized custom fitting experiences to golfers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Store Management:
• Lead and manage the daily store operations.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
• Monitor sales performance and set targets for the retail team.
• Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Custom Fitting Expertise:
• Conduct custom fitting sessions for golfers to match them with the right equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest golf technology and equipment trends.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Experience with Trackman desired but not essential

1. Team Leadership:
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
2. Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the sports or golf industry.
• Custom fitting experience and a strong knowledge of golf equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of golf industry trends and equipment is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
