Four way tie at Kemnay

A quartet of leading Tartan Tour players shared the spoils in Saturday's Kemnay Golf Club pro-am.

Stephen Gray (Hayston), Jason McCreadie (Buchanan Castle), Greig Hutcheon (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre) and Newmachar's Malcolm Isaacs all returned two-under-par 69s.

Gray birdied the 15th and 16th to set the clubhouse target. McCreadie equalled it by getting a two at the short 18th; Hutcheon birdied the 15th and 17th while Isaacs covered the last 11 holes in four-under-par with birdies at the eighth, 11th, 15th and 18th after dropping shots at the fourth, sixth and seventh.

Scott Henderson (Kings Links), who finished fifth with a 70 after notching an eagle three at the long 15th, led home the winning team for the second time this past week.

He piloted the Baker Hughes trio of amateurs - Steve Moore (handicap 3), Nick Dalgarno (13) and Craig McDonald (4) to a 12-under-par net total of 59.
