Stephen Gray and David Orr were out on their own at the top of the individual scores in today's JDRF Charity pro-am over Gleneagles’ testing Centenary Course.

And it was Hayston tour pro Gray who won the £1,000 top prize with a three-under-par 69, a shot ahead of Mearns Castle Golf Academy Orr.

Gray scored a double whammy by leading the Altus Intervention amateurs to victory in the pro-am team event.

After Gray and Orr's very good sub-par scores, there was a gap of four shots to the third-placed Mark Kerr (Marriott Dalmahoy) who won £600 with a two-over 74.
