Leeds Golf Centre is the home of modern golf boasting, two fantastic course to choose from, a Topracer Range, Driving Range, Foot Golf, Bar and Grill and onsite Pro Shop.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Assistant to join our Pro Shop here at Leeds Golf Centre. We are proud to have fully custom fit studios so we are able to offer personable advice to out customers. At the Pro Shop all the major brands are stocked so you can showcase your sales experience and earn more money the more you sell.

Experience in sales and knowledge of golf is desirable but not essential for this role. If you play golf this would be a distinct advantage. You will possess excellent face to face communication skills, demonstrate enthusiasm and passion when providing customer service in this sporting industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Effectively and efficiently deal with customers face to face and over the telephone ensuring that they receive excellent customer service in every aspect at Leeds Golf Centre.
• Responsible for ensuring that we engage with customers whilst in the Pro Shop providing advice and guidance on products and services.
• Ensure that the Pro Shop is presented to the highest specification. Stock to be displayed, tagged and organised at all times.
• Ensure that systems, processes and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Responsible for completing regular stock takes throughout the shop and providing information of stock shortages or reorders to the Club Manager.

Please note the hours for this role vary from:

Winter months – between 6:45am - 8am start time (8 hour shift pattern) & 12pm – 8pm

Summer months – 6:45am – 2:45pm & 1pm – 9pm

Please note, this is a full time role working 40 hours per week and it does include working weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,397.00 per year
