Play to Par Limited is excited to announce an urgent opportunity to join our team at Easingwold Golf Club! We are currently looking for a third PGA professional to complement our two full-time professionals. This role offers a dynamic mix of retail management, club fitting, and coaching for individuals of all ages, from juniors to seniors.
Role Details
Shop and Coaching Responsibilities
- **Shop-Based Duties**: 70% of the role will involve working in our retail shop, with complete authority over retail management and opportunities to expand the shop's success. This will include managing all our supplier relationships.
- **Club Fitting and Coaching**: 30% of your time will be dedicated to fitting clubs and coaching clients, allowing you to engage with a wide range of skill levels.
Working Hours
- **Shop Hours**:
- *March 1st – September 30th*: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- *October 1st – February 28th*: 9:00 AM – 12:00 noon (or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on competition days).
- Hours beyond shop responsibilities can be used for fittings or coaching.
- **Flexibility**: A 5-day workweek is required, with at least one day off falling on either Friday or Saturday.
- Weekly hours range from a minimum of twenty to a maximum of forty.

- Authorization for top brands: Ping, TaylorMade, Callaway, and Titleist.
- A fully equipped fitting studio featuring Flight scope technology.
- A complete Sam Putt Lab and PuttView putting facility.
- Three Simulator Bays for client use.
- A fully fitted coaching facility available to all professionals.
Compensation
- A competitive package with the potential for additional bonuses, particularly for self-generated clients or members not already affiliated with the club.
- Open to discussing extra incentives and bonus structures.
