An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a young, dynamic PGA team at The Glamorganshire Golf club. The Glamorganshire Golf Club is a vibrant and busy members club, with a rich history, including its place as the Birthplace of the Stableford scoring system. We are looking for a fully qualified professional, who has a passion for coaching and custom fitting, alongside excellent customer service skills.

The role will include a number of core shop hours and unlimited earning potential in coaching and club fitting. 

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate: 

• Exceptional customer service with the ability to engage customers
• Experience of coaching all levels of golfer and growing coaching programmes.
• Extensive knowledge of club fitting, using simulator technology
• Knowledge and experience of club repair
• The ability to assist with competitions and bookings using the provided technology
• Experience of day-to-day running of a successful retail operation, including basic daily tasks
• Experience of golf EPOS systems use and reporting
