What is the Business Management Group?

The Business Management Group is a new membership for people who work within the golf business sector.

It’s designed to give all of the people who make golf business happen the opportunity to join a professional body and be a part of what will become the leading industry network for knowledge sharing, networking and career development.

Created alongside the Club Volunteer by PGA, the Business Management Group is part of the PGA's 2020 Vision to bring the golf industry together and give those who work in golf training and networking opportunities under the umbrella of a single professional body – The PGA.

Who can join the Business Management Group?

The Business Management Group is about helping to support and develop the workforce of golf and will be open to everyone within the game. This includes those involved in golf clubs, hotels, travel, operations, retail, equipment or any other golf business sector.

There is no set requirement for the length of time you have worked within your current role or level of seniority. The Business Management Group is open to everyone from those who are established executives within golf business to those who are just starting their careers or are newly qualified within the industry.

As an organisation we feel we have the resource and expertise to pull the business of golf together for the good of our game, offering world-class support, education and networking services for everyone involved in golf.

By joining the Business Management Group membership created by The PGA you are not joining The PGA as a professional body.
