PGA Learn delivers a wide range of learning and CPD content, including eLearning courses, videos, podcasts, webinars, how-to guides and case studies – all of it accessible 24/7, allowing you to choose what content you consume and how you experience it.

Content has also been carefully selected and curated from high-quality third-party sources – such as TED Talks, YouTube videos, journals and blogs. Much of the content is in a bite-sized ‘micro-learning’ format, which has been proven to help you better retain information. Topics covered that will be of particular interest to Club Volunteer Members include:

ACCESS TO PGA FORUMS AND COMMUNITIES

Hosted within the website, the new PGA forums allow Members to connect with each other and discuss the topics that are relevant to them.

Each category of Membership will have its own group, with a variety of sub-groups and special topic groups that will enable Members to share knowledge and best practice. Members can also create their own groups around important specialist subjects.

All forum groups will be supported and moderated by PGA staff and industry experts to help stimulate discussion, share ideas and answer questions.

EXCLUSIVE PGA NETWORKING EVENTS

As part of the 2020 Vision we want to help PGA Members and those in the Business Management Group and Club Volunteer Group to better connect with their peers and the wider golf industry, helping them to forge and develop new relationships.

The PGA’s networking and golf events are the perfect vehicle for that, bringing people together from all different sectors of the golf industry in a relaxed and informal setting.

Accessible to all PGA, Business Management Group and Club Volunteer by PGA members, these networking events are the perfect way to meet and rub shoulders with a wide variety of industry colleagues.

Although the pandemic has restricted the programme and the types of events in 2021, there will be a comprehensive schedule of networking and golf days taking place across the UK and Ireland in the coming months.

Beyond this we will be hosting a variety of events that will features guest speakers, expert panels and some very special guests.
